Primary Responsibilities and Daily Duties
In this role, you will ensure that packaging plans are aligned with the company’s build schedules and key program milestones. Budget planning, controlling costs, and achieving KPIs are central.
Developing both one-way and returnable packaging concepts, as well as overseeing packaging for domestic, export, import, and CKD (Completely Knocked Down) operations, is expected.
You’ll lead digital packaging studies using PLM and coordinate the process from concept to validated prototype to mass production readiness. Supplier proposal evaluation and cost-effective solution implementation are key.
Additional responsibilities include managing cost reduction in serial life, ECN/ECR changes, and ensuring packaging validation for all operational needs.
Collaboration with external vendors and internal teams is also crucial for the role, ensuring seamless programme execution and timely delivery.
